I've got CDMA workshop 2.7
& the demo version from their site is port-crippled, but would allow me to modify the EVO settings... If I could get the phone to open up, or use the program =)
Apps in use: (if the 800 would agree to move data properly)
UniCDMA
BitPim
CDMA workshop 2.7
QPST/QXDM
Something's not quite right within this 800w
beyond what I found with the data port- I have to hold the strain relief down a bit & at a small angle for it to recognize the PC data connection
& light the LED as data connection is made.
The MSL's out of reach of getSPC, BAF &
when the LED's lit, which I can get to stay on,
I got 1 brief glimpse via UNI of the internal data. CDMA workshop 2.7 & the new 3 demo, still haven't gotten there.
I can delete the port/modem drivers & they rebuild.
I've used 3 XP sp3 rigs & gotten the same results.
After 4 days of tinkering, I took it to a few flashing shops & got the same conclusion;
esp that BAF/getSPC didn't do the job.
Thye got the ports to build (when I held the cable right)
but no data would move.
Any ideas of what I can do to kick this thing around?
Done enough hard re-sets to sink a boat!
Thanks kindly! =)
